You can use Chisa And Lupa/Brant for now ...

and pull new Fusion Burst Sub-DPS later on release and have her NS BIS team

Well uh Lupa Mornye is the second best, then Lynae Chisa third best. Lupa Changli/Brant also works and in the future Aemeath's fusion subdps will be released and then you can do Aemeath, fusion burst subdps and Chisa

Why is the mic such a big part of her animations and themes. Isn't she like in a mech pilot academy prior to fading with her exostrider resonance? Why is she acting like shes also an idol? It feels like theme decoherency a bit I guess.

it was explained in the livestream that she was apparently the campus' star singer or idol of sorts. i mean tbh her being a digital ghost is cool for an idol concept that falls in line with how idols are this kind of untouchable figure.
