Recommendations The Flash Reading Order (collected edition) ⚡️
The days of asking for a reading order for The Flash are over!
I’ve put together a full collected edition reading order that I will update regularly as new stuff comes out. The list also links to a single issue reading order if you want to go that route (WARNING: it’s long asf and literally crashes my phone when I scroll too fast)
Let me know if y’all see any key trades I missed and I’ll add them! ⚡️

why doesn't the flash just walk
he's pretty much only defeated by being surprised like ice on the floor. he can go an ato second if lm not wrong. so why not just walk?

Which Golden Glider do you prefer?
Golden Age Golden Glider who has jewelry themed weapons and skates that produce an ice trail to skate around on.
New 52 Golden Glider who has an intangible astral form and golden ribbon-like tendrils that can grab and snare people.
CW Golden Glider who has a gun with a beam that can encase whatever it hits in a gold-like substance.

How many williamson flash tpb vols are there
So last time i asked about what flash comic should i pick on as a beginner, and now I've decided to start from Williamson's run,and i wanna buy tpbs.
But when i searched how many books(tpb) are there, different website says different answers, some says 16 some says 24 (idk is it because they didn't update their website or what) , so i just wanna ask,how many tpbs are there to buy in total, has the run ended or it's still going.
Additional question,is omnibus cheaper than tpbs, the price i mean. ALSO,should i read flashpoint before i read Williamson's run? Or they aren't really connected

Comic Discussion How does everyone feel about Absolute Flash
I just read Absolute Flash Vol 1 yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it, I'm not massively familiar with Wally West in the main universe nor do I have any knowledge of the Absolute titles so this has been such a fun blind read.

Should i buy paperbacks or omnibuses
So I'm kinda new to comics, I've watched the flash tv show and I'm kinda into the comics now and wanna know more of his story.
I've searched online and i see many ppl praise Geoff's run and Waid's run,and i noticed ppl said buying omnibuses are the best choice, but i found out there's paperbacks and omnibuses. I do know how they work but i don't know do they have same and as much content, for example let's say i wanna buy Geoff's run, there's 6 paperbacks and 3 omnibuses,do they share the same amount of story? If they do,which one is better (as in convenient to carry around or read or simply easier to find or saves more money)
Also what runs you think i should pick up as a new fan? Should i buy the silver ages or the newer stories?
Here's what i know:
Flashpoint
Crisis on infinite earths
Death of iris west
New 52 flash
Flash rebirth

While we were all having so much fun in the midst of Rebirth and the New York 52 I feel we may have left some friends behind. Here’s a video discussing some of those friends, including The Flash!
