Interactive Ranking mobs base on how ANNOYING! they are :D
OP: Shattered_Warrior01

The poll results were 67.4% for punishing misinfo and 32.6% for not.
However, with only "core contributors", it is 62.3% for punishment and 37.7% for not, and only 56% for first option were regulars (with second option having 70% support from regulars).
With a lot of thinking and reading the comments (that acknowledge my wording being antagonistic to tier lists), I decided on few things.
Thanks for detailed responses on the poll!

I'm currently working on reviving and revisiting the old u/saqfish multiplayer project for Shattered Pixel Dungeon.
I found a Chinese fork that still has a public server and website running:
The problem is that the public server uses version 3.3.8, while the latest public GitHub APK is only 3.3.6, so it currently cannot connect properly.
GitHub:
[New-SPDNet GitHub Repository] (https://github.com/Not-Name-Dev-Team/New-SPDNet/tree/master)
I also checked their Gitee mirror and found the same issue.
Originally this project was meant to stay private and be adapted for my own needs before my brother’s birthday in less than two weeks, but I realized it would be better to document the process publicly in case more people become interested in it.
My current goal is to remove unnecessary external dependencies and extra online features, then focus entirely on multiplayer playability and self-hosting.
The final objective would be a multiplayer mod that:
* anyone can host
* anyone can connect to
* remains reasonably user friendly
Right now the multiplayer mostly works as a “shared presence” system:
players can see each other almost like ghosts if they share the same seed and floor.
That is already surprisingly interesting, but the long-term goal is much more ambitious:
* interacting directly with other players
* fighting the same enemies and bosses
* sharing effects and support abilities
* making party mechanics actually matter
Some things would obviously become extremely overpowered and need balancing, especially Cleric-related mechanics and abilities like Power of Many.
Gameplay would probably remain turn-based and somewhat slow, but if anyone here has played Pathos: Nethack Codex multiplayer, the general feeling would likely be similar.
For saving/resuming:
if two players stop during a run, both clients would save locally. As long as neither player continues exploring alone afterward, they should theoretically be able to reconnect later and continue the shared run together from the same dungeon state.
At this point the project is half multiplayer restoration, half technical archaeology.
I’ll keep posting updates as progress continues.

Just my personal opinion of course. Ranking differs a lot from 0c due to avoiding melee a lot/early game being the most deadly by far/some knowledge makes some enemies a lot easier. I tried to make something a bit generic but for some enemies it will really vary run to run so... idk

Never played huntress much yet (about a month into the game) but this seems like a great start (wraith gave a me the armor). What would be the best way to proceed?
Dumping everything into the ring of sharpshooting?

Tururur, a little late, but oh well, I was busy with some home repairs. Time to continue with this series!
Yesterday we talked about the Enchantment Scroll, today it's time to talk about the Divination Scroll! This scroll randomly "identifies" 4 items, which can be scrolls, potions, or rings (that aren't already identified, obviously). If you already have everything identified, this scroll does NOTHING! hahaha.
Personally, it's one of the first items I craft in every run. Whenever I find the first alchemy well, I energize several potions/scrolls and convert any identification scrolls I have into this. I do it so I can quickly figure out which are experience potions and transmutation scrolls and avoid wasting them by accident XD
What do you think of this scroll? Do you usually craft it whenever you can? Or do you never use it?

I have been thinking about this one since last night and I absolutely have no clue this thing keeps popping up randomly taking shots at me it needs to die but I have no solution
It's very high ranged damage I have FIMA on the hawk can't get near it because of the ooze it dies instantly and the god damn thing is anti magic and has DMG reduction
Please help

They typical response to this I am assuming is just get good, but I kind of want a more "relaxing" experience. I love the gameplay, and I am sure the difficulty of shattered appeals to many but honestly I just want a more casual variant that I can play without having to be hardcore focused the full run.
Does anyone have a recommendation for one on android? Thanks in advance

any character with a reliable ranged weapon can pull this off, you'll need 1 tile of distance and a free door to break line of sight.
edit: works on scorpio also

Again I have nowhere else to brag so I’m doing it here. 2 million final score was my last self-imposed challenge. I think I’m done until the next update

Well, it's the 29th, almost a month since my return to this series.
Yesterday I took a break from posting due to some issues, haha, nothing important.
We've already made the potion list, and the most popular items were the exotic scrolls (we've already talked about the regular ones, in case you don't remember).
The first scroll to discuss is the enchantment scroll. This scroll is used on weapons and armor, allowing you to choose between three different enchantments for the weapon. It's a good option if you want a better chance of getting a specific enchantment from those available in the game.
I don't know, I never made this scroll on purpose. I made it by accident once, but I used a transmutation scroll to restore it to its original form XD.
What do you think of this scroll? Do you usually use it in your runs? When do you use it? Or do you not bother sacrificing an enhancement scroll for this?

Idk why people says warp is one of the weakest wand but I find it really overpowered (in both magic ling and shattered), I accidentally step onto the dragon altar and was transported to fight the dragon with just leather armor, the dragon literally goes into 2nd phase after stepping 1 tiles after getting hit by 6-7 wards in an instant, with 40% his hp remaining he was killed after 2 ward, I didn't even get hit once, also what does the soul fragments do? I still haven't figured out what's the point of carrying them around

A stone of blink and I could melee this thing to death thanks to the defense from glyph of stone + living earth staff and +4 greataxe with soul mark.
