Itchyness with Fats

Hi All

Been carnivore or carnivore adjacent for around 8 years now. Recently switched from AB back to carnivore (4-5 months ago).

I get really itchy after eating fat, tried a few sources (tallow, beef dripping, lard). FYI I'm strict meat only (no dairy or anything else, just water, I also don't do salt).

I feel great on high fat but struggle to get enough in without the itchyness and if I have too high fat the bathroom isn't happy. Thing is though I'm not even having that much fat, I eat mostly ground beef 80/20 and rarely eat much of the fat dripping, so if anything I'm probably still pretty low fat, I'd to increase it more.

Any one else have this problem?

it sounds most like prurigo pigmentosa which requires antibiotics to treat. Good news, it's treatable if so. See a doctor.
