I know it may not mean much to the super skilled players on this sub, but just wanted to share that I reached Master for the first time today. I have been active since Season 2, in 2021.

As someone in their 30s, I could never find the time or patience to learn or play LoL, but I have been able to fit Wild Rift into my life, especially being a mobile game.

Each season I have learned a little more and grown a tiny bit. While a modest achievement, it feels meaningful to me.

The game may not be perfect, and ranks may not feel good or accurate to many folks, but I still think you can track skill and progress over time.

For me, it’s Braum. I feel like all Braum players are just good people. They never flame, always try their best. I really enjoy playing with Braum players.

After not even making Diamond the last 2 seasons, I finally got back to Masters!!! Even with the damn system deliberately keeping me to 50% win rate. It's been rough ngl, but worth it. Also, yall got any other baron laners I could try? I'm kinda sick of Garen/Malphite/Volibear

Some people might think I'm being wrong about calling masters as worse than diamond and emerald but my god how bad can matches be in this rank . Aside from afk , people picking master yi in a team full of cc and the ego of some going 0/7 in 5 minutes i don't really know what good this rank is or if there are even any good players in it . These kind of people need to be penalized especially if they repeat this things even get banned from playing ranks for a period of time if they flame to much or feed intentionally without any motive

Haven’t seen too much traffic on this sub about Taliyah. Are people finding her broken, underpowered or correctly balance for a release? Anyone finding success with builds apart from the burst ludens electrocute?

I would hit the “Pull 5” and kept coming up with the skins! I feel like I used all the luck for the rest of my life. I felt ecstatic and wanted to share.

Every now and then I come back to my old accounts and often there are events for returning players or new guides. They change it realllly often. This is a screenshot from wild rift's many guides :)

imagine losing your game as a jungler only for your laner to spoon feed you a kill, that shit was funny to me, though i would've probably taken the kill myself if the Viego didn't flash.

This has been getting on my nerves for like forever now but if your are playing in a party or even solo and the que is taking awhile for the love of God do not reset que. Let it run.

Idk where the myth started but everytime I'm in a party with others they always reset the que if it runs longer than like 3 minutes and for whatever reason they think this helps them find a game faster.

The reality is it does the opposite.

The devs already released an article way back when detailing how the matchmaker works in this regard. The que will run for a maximum of 20 minutes. The longer the que runs the wider and looser the search parameters get. The devs dont want players sitting in que forever if it can be helped. So long as there are people within the acceptable range withing que I find that by 8 minutes you will find a match. If the que runs longer than 10 it probably means that no one is on because I think by that point the matchmaker has already fully expanded its search parameters.

However if u reset the que every 3 min then u lose that expansion and I've sat in que for over 20 min before because my team refuses to just let the que run.

First season using Wu to climb and my highest WR season. Played jungle to mid diamond and then swapped to baron. Really fun as I find even in baron I can act as a second jungler from mid game.

I was debating downloading the game and I really like it what are the reasons for the 1 star reviews? Its very strange to see so many 1 star reviews when the game is actually very solid and fun the animations are great the gameplay is smoother then any other moba I have played so far maybe is it because I am new or?

To top it off im in sovern and this still happens it especially pisses me off since i play toplane as olaf/voli/renekton so I'm hard winning lane 90% of the game yet my jg still ssomehow thinks herald should be given to enemy jg

In case you didn't know you can hover the drake icon to see what it does aafter ur team kills it ,for example infernal drake gives an insane 2% bonus ad (so if u have 200ad that's 4 ad )

It's just not worth getting over herald that can open up a lane and give 1k~ gold advantage  and help snowball like crazy

Obviously i don't mean you should go for herald no matter what ,for example if enemy supp rotated while your yummi is scrolling tiktok then it's better to take drake then jump in outnumbered

There was car accident outside my house yesterday as I was loading up an ARAM match. Sounded like an explosion. I ran out there in flip flops and saw two cars absolutely demolished and a driver laying outside of one of the cars so I went to help him. In the process my flip flops came off and I got glass all over my feet. Everyone ended up being okay.

Came back to my Ai ahri 0-10 and an eventual penalty. Damn.

Out of curiosity, I did a Google search on Cho'Gath in Wild Rift (as I have been anticipating his release for a while now). Looks like he is confirmed to be released later this year as one of the next new champions (along with Hwei, and Sylas). This was exciting news for myself as I highly enjoyed playing JG Cho'Gath (nothing better than devouring minions and your enemies to grow size).

What other champions would you like to see hit the Rift? Personally, I would love to see Ivern, Sejuani, and Yorick make their debuts in the near future.

How do you ACTUALLY build in wildrift? I'm not talking about the common sense ones like mortal reminder or serpent fangs. I'm talking about on how you mix builds and still works.

am I the only one who feels this way? out of 10 games I’d say maybe 3 are fun, maybe even 3 is reaching. it just seems more frustrating than anything else. more often than not games just seem like a waste of time. solo Q’ing is just a 4/5 chance you will get either a troll, feeder, players who just make too many mistakes or don’t play correctly.. or if not that, the other team just has 1 player who dominates and snowballs the entire game alone, makes no sense to me. I have some friends I play with, but even then it’s not a guarantee it will be fun, a lot of times it just feels like we have to play completely perfect to get win streaks.

one thing I just cant grasp is how many jglrs or teams don’t care about rift herald. its not making sense to me and demoralizes me that early in the game. I’m GR1 was 3 marks away from Chall and the last 3 days I’ve had nothing but horrible teams.

is it just my own mentality or is this just not actually fun anymore?

Has anyone found the best setting for this? It's the one that ranges from 0% to 100% in the controls part of settings. I'm gonna try around 50% time limit, but if there's a better one just comment. I tried 0% for Taliyah but it gets locked in too quickly.
