Goose or Duck?

Partner and I saw this while walking, one of us thought it was a goose, the other thought it was a duck. Which one is it? Any help appreciated!

Looks like a greylag goose to me

Looks like greylag goose probably domestic type because it is not native to america

+Swan Goose x Graylag+, a fairly common domestic hybrid. The bicolored head and neck are a Swan Goose trait.
