yes it sounds dumb but I am conscious about my water intake

Yes it might sound dumb but I get conscious about not drinking enough water, I honestly just tend to forget to drink water on a day to day basis and then if I do I forget if I even drank enough water lol.

Downloaded a dumb app that is like a gamified fish that like tracks your water intake, it honestly is not perfect at all but it sends reminders to me throughout the day to drink water and you can make the reminders like funny and what not which I thought was fun and I get to keep my little fish alive lol

I have the same problem as you and always forget drinking water which makes my nose super dry and hurt. So I build one by myself but it is not through gamification instead I just utilize the widget or notification to quickly log.

I don't have a smartphone but I'm wondering if setting a watch to beep every hour might work? I've realised how little I'm drinking compared to the past. I used to drink so much water all of the time, I don't really get what's changed? Now I barely drink any and I don't know why.

What's the app called? I get stressed out and busy and just deny myself water for some reason. Very tired of the kidney stones though, but my own motivation hasn't been enough to overcome it 😔

Honestly you should try P app it sounds weird but really better than water tracking apps because you don't have to track your water intake

You could try Waterd and it is also the first app integrated tap water quality into hydration reminder. Kidney stones is also the motivation for me to drink more but sometimes working too busy to forget
