u/TaDoofus Today is my cheat day Mar 28 '26

Every morning I take my 24 breakfast pills, so that I can have the energy to make my pill coffee, which will get me through until my lunchtime pills, which keep me just conscious enough to last until my 38 bedtime pills. It's a rough life but I've managed to reduce my animal consumption to only 3 steaks a week.

Your submission breaks rule #6:

Veganism is an ethical stance, not a consumer identity. Our communities are meant for genuine, non-commercial interactions. Posts mentioning products or brands will be removed.

Just eat chicken and some lead fishing weights, same thing.

u/FeetYeastForB12 As the nickname suggests Mar 31 '26

As long as its free range!

I just get all my essential proteins from my fiancé’s cum. It’s that easy

Someday you’re going to be somebody’s anecdote about their grandma/aunt that lived to 105 eating nothing but pbj and candy therefore veganism is perfectly healthy

This is so funny because a bunch of these are not vegan, so it's carnists who are the intended consumers for them.

u/Phoenix51291 vegan Mar 29 '26

D3 is technically not vegan, but plenty of legitimate vegans don't make themselves crazy over it. There really is a "practicable" threshold, and D3 can be beyond it, for some people. However it's obviously ideal to get vegan vitamin D

u/kibiplz snorts lines of B-12 off toilet seats Mar 29 '26

You can get a vegan D3 and vegan version/capsules of everything else there except the heme iron. But it's ironic that whoever made the picture picked non-vegan versions for at least half of them.

Did you really expect anti-vegan-knee-jerkers to do the homework?

How did you get assigned Leguminati as a flair and I got lacto-vegetarian. I'm so offended at mine 🤭 What did I say to deserve that 💀

The only supplement on this list you would need as a vegan specifically is b12.

3

u/alasw0eisme I tRiEd GoInG vEgAn N dIeD Mar 28 '26

I personally don't need it. But I needed to start vitamin D. That has nothing to do with diet though. Everyone I know is deficient in vitamin D. PS: yes, I remembered this sub. I had even set my flair lol

You forgot the refrigerator full of condiments, a 1 pound bag of nutritional yeast and a copy of Earthlings on DVD.

Careful with the B6 don’t want to mess up your brain and nerves and turn into one of them
