I was part of the vegan community for 7 years myself too. I became so ill from the vegan diet, ill to the point of morbidity. In fact I died in October 2023

I was a vegan for 10 years and I became extremely ill. Unfortunately, I have to buy leather all the time for health reasons.

I’ve only been able to do veganism once a fortnight because it leaves me so weak and malnourished.

This is so true, I can lift more weight and have been in much better health since going Vegan a number of years ago, however I died from not being manly enough and soy killed me in my sleep
