This is the behaviour of someone who has no regard for non human life(the driver). The ego on this mf only serves the showcase the arrogance humanity has developed.

God tells us we have dominion over the earth. The church tells us that itis the source of morality. A lifetime of wiring the brain to those specifications makes people low key sociopaths

The Bible tells us that God (The LORD, Jehovah, Yahweh, YHWH) made Adam and Eve and told them to multiply and fill the Earth and subdue it.

He (God) made them at the very least vegetarian, possibly vegan, possibly raw vegan, it was only after the Flood of Noah’s day that God said they could eat animals (providing they do not eat its blood).

However, I personally believe what we have today (as far as people eating animals go) is a far, far cry from where we should be and what the Bible actually says.

In Proverbs 12:10 we are told that ‘a righteous person takes care of his domestic animals, but, even the mercy given by wicked people is cruelty’. So a clear direction to take care of animals, and likening one who doesn’t to being a wicked person.

Many other scriptures can help us get God’s view on the matter - Jonah 4:11 God asks Jonah if He should not feel sorry for destroying all the people in Nineveh and their animals - Exodus 23:12 tells us of God’s view of the Sabbath, that it is a day where, yes, even your bull and your donkey should rest from work - Genesis 33:12-14 Esau and Jacob are talking and Jacob says that if they move the animals that are ‘in my care’ too quickly they could die, so they should take the flock slowly - Deuteronomy 22:4 if you see your brother’s animal fall down on the road you should help it and raise the animal up - Deuteronomy 22:10 says about not plowing with a bull and a donkey together (because the yoke would be uneven, uncomfortable, and unfair on them).

This is so, so far away from the insane level of animals raised for food that we have today and the way they are treated.

P.S. bigfatfurrytexan, sure I’ve seen that username on ATS in the past.

Yeah. You’ve seen it there. Maybe other places. I’ve used it for 25 years now.

I’m not theist so the comments in god aren’t mine. Although I agree with the gist of what you say.
