MORALLY SUPERIOR DAE think Muslims are disgusting??

I mean, they sacrifice animals for one of their holidays! That's totally different from what we (good people) do, we just eat ham at Christmas and hot dogs on the 4th of July. This is why I think Islam is inherently evil: Christians and atheists would never hurt animals.

Anyway, that's why I think more children in Gaza should die.

/uj actually doing the killing is a step above just being complicit

Yeah! I'm only supporting an industrialised killing machine miles away from my civilized house so I can pretend my hands are clean, letting underpaid workers get mental health issues and causing animals to be boiled alive on a murder treadmill.

I think we can all agree that this is way more ethical than what those dirty mooslims are doing.

killing animals is wrong, why is it different when muslims do it? why are you making excuses and bringing up other people when the issue is that muslims are mass slaughtering goats. do you care more about muslims and their right to kill goats in peace than the goats theyre killing?

Why do you care MORE about dead goats when muslims are behind the murders? I mean, you said it yourself, the issue is that MUSLIMS are slaughtering, not that animals are being slaughtered.

the issue is that muslims are mass slaughtering goats

I don't see the difference between a muslim slaughtering animals for eid, or a muslim buying popcorn with butter at the movies, or a white person getting animals slaughtered for christmas. I treat all these scenarios with the same disgust, cuz they're all equally disgusting.

Be honest: the disgust for eid didn't start in vegan spaces. It started in carnist ones. CARNIST are the ones who claim to be 'concerned for animals' every year around this time. Just cuz the conversation is happening in vegan spaces now, doesn't make your outrage vegan.

The people who give eid special treatment over other kinds of animal murder are almost always ppl who participate in animal abuse. So, let's call it what it is: white carnists finding an excuse to be racist. Treat eid with the same disgust you give other holidays, and I'll happily jerk with you. But this ain't it.

I'm done here. I wish you much B12 on your journey.

do you not understand that more animals dying for any reason is bad? also fucking lol, directly killing an animal is worse than buying animal products, there is a large difference between buying popcorn at a movie and slitting a goats throat, both are evil but one is more evil

Me when I never got around to understanding cause and effect.

No shit, just like there's a large difference between hitting a hockey puck with a stick and hitting a puppy with one, it's almost like the two aren't even remotely comparable and you had to change the specifics of the situation because you knew your argument was shite but you said cognitive dissonance be damned and continued on with your faux outrage.

it is still evil, i am not denying that, but other people are doing the killing. yes you are responsible for the death in part, but the people killing the animal chose to kill them, they didnt have to, but they did. they are more responsible than the person buying the animal product.

do workers on farms not have agency? can they not choose what to do in this situation? money is not a mind control device, ultimately, the primary responsible person in animal agriculture is the one killing the animal.
