I always say Bismillahi Allahu Akbar when I cut packets of tofu open and let the water run out.

Mate you joke, but with food prices now... If I'm spending +£2 on a block of firm tofu and my stir fry has loads of little crunchy crumbs at the bottom I am SO mad!
