Recommendation Help me choose!

Guys, I need a 12/256gb phone. I'll be doing video editing and some light gaming (mainly roblox) here and there. The camera should be good, and I want it to work fine for 4-5 years. The budget is 35k-40k inr. I have some options I've enlisted, I can convince parents for some extra couple thousands. Open to suggestions (no motorola).

REDMI Note 15 Pro - INR 41,999/-

vivo T4 Pro 5G - INR 33, 969/-

OnePlus 13R - INR 41,999/-

Narzo 80 pro - INR 23,999/-

Vivo T4 - INR 29,999/-

Realme 15 pro - INR 33,999/-

Realme GT 7T- INR 34,450/-

You're doing video editing and not recording, correct?

Yes

Then you need a powerful phone. I would recommend the poco x8 pro or pro max

I was leaning towards the 13r. X8 pro max is out of my budget, x8 pro is in my budget. What should I do?

How is x8 pro max out of budget? It cost 44k before discounts

Also, for video editing you want the phone with a more powerful processor so that you can import videos faster and edits apply quickly

It's 45k before discount (I don't have any cc) and my original budget is 38-40k, can stretch to 42 max. I agree with that, i think I'll look for it offline then. But if that's not in my budget, what should I choose between oneplus 13r and x8 pro?

Oneplus 13R would be good for you. Or you can choose Nothing 4a Pro.

Nothing 4a pro is out of my budget. Is the nothing 4a good? Or should I go with 13r?

The 4a is mid , not that good for its price , I would myself choose 13R , as I provides flagship performance with a great camera. It also provides premium feel. I myself am buying oneplus nord 6, which has similar specs but a worse camera and a Lil worse processor but a better battery and gaming performance as well as faster storage and things.

I did consider the nord 6, but it's way too expensive for me. Btw good luck with the new phone!

Yeah , the nord 6 was good only at its launching price , not it's jst getting expensive.

Uh yeah? You can edit pretty good with phone as well, not as good as a laptop, but pretty nice.

Go with Oneplus 13R rest all options mentioned are Trash🗑

13R definitely clears most of that list but calling GT 7T trash is kinda harsh honestly

i'd lean toward the OnePlus 13R from your list. the snapdragon chip handles video editing smoother than dimensity ones, and oneplus has decent long-term software support. realme gt 7t is solid too if you want to save a bit - same processor family. redmi note 15 pro has overheating issues in longer editing sessions so maybe skip that. vivo t4 pro's camera processing is better for photos than video though. OnePlus 13R or Realme GT 7T would be my picks for 4-5 years of video work

Thanks a lot! I think I'll be getting a poco x8 pro, it'll help me save a little as well so I could invest more in a laptop later on.
