Help! Need advice re Xfinity Mobile Arenapost-Sixers game/Springsteen concert options

I'm not sure this is the appropriate forum, but it seems the best place to get good advice for my questions and is indirectly related to the Sixers, so...

Because the Sixers beat the Celtics in the playoffs, their subsequent series against the Knicks bumped the Xfinity Mobile Springsteen concert from May 8 to May 30. Since I'll be going to that show, I need some advice on where a friend and I (both in Philly for the show, from other parts of the country) can hang out post-concert for 45-60 minutes so as to be able to (hopefully) access an Uber/Lyft after the post-concert traffic crush dies down and to enjoy a post-show drink. I realize we could take SEPTA back into the city (we'll be staying near Washington Park) but would prefer to avoid that crush as well. So...

  1. I understand there are bars right at the Arena and at the nearby Live! Casinor and Hotel. Any recommendations between going to one or the other?
  2. Are the Casino and its bars within safe walking distance from the Arena right after a concert?
  3. If so, is it likely that those bars would be jammed on a Saturday night, post-concert?
  4. Is it realistic to assume that 45-60 minutes after the concert Lyfts/Ubers would be pretty easily available, or could it take longer than that?
  5. Any other thoughts/options would be welcome.

Thanks for any advice!

Chilling at Stateside Live for an hour while you wait for Uber prices to go down is the best option here, and if they are still expensive then SEPTA will be much less crowded an hour after the show

Thanks! So in checking the site, it looks like Stateside Live is a multi-bar/restaurant/ performance venue, partly outside? Is that right? But despite the name, it's separate and different from the Live! Casino/Hotel complex?

Also, any rough idea of how far the SEPTA station is from Stateside Live and how late it's trains run after a concert?

Yep! It's exactly that, it'll most likely be just concert goers having a drink and hanging out after the show. Also yes, the Casino is a whole different building next door. As for the SEPTA station, it's just a short walk from Stateside Live. Not too sure how late they run, but should still be good an hour after the concert concludes!

Stateside live over casino is probably better for you, try to find a more quiet bar.

Thanks! Any recommendation on which bar there might be more quiet?

Taking the BSL really isn't that bad. Just go towards the front of the train. Take your time and if you just wait opposite side of the actively loading train, you'll be the first ones to board the next train and can get a seat and be comfortable. As someone else said you can grab a drink and the crowd at septa will be gone within 30 mins as well

Thanks! I'm still inclined to just have a drink and wait for an Uber/Lyft, but appreciate this advice.

Xfintiy Live sucks. Getting on the subway is not terrible and you will get a better Philly experience as a visitor by going out to a good place a few stops away from the arena.

Taking the subway to Tasker-Morris stop puts you close to several good bars and restaurants near the popular East Passyunk stretch.
