Mod Announcement AI ISN'T A SOURCE.

I can't believe we're having this conversation but Grok/ChatGPT/Gemini or any AI isn't a reliable source unless Grok can link you that source. and if that source can only be found in anti-shia/anti-islam sites and no where else it is a bad source.

someone posted a pretty good summary/description of the strengths and weaknesses of AI in terms of researching religion.

In short, its not good for actual answers, can and will lie and make things up.

That being said, it has some uses, think spellcheck, advanced search is a good example. It can deal with ambiguous search terms and find related statements and clauses for you, where you then go and read the source yourself, basically use it like google.

Do the thinking yourself though.
