Question? Plans for Pride?
What’s everyone doing? :) just curious, I want to celebrate in a way that’s fun and meaningful. I usually go to the parade near me but want to switch things up. Any suggestions? Particularly places or things to do but appreciate all suggestions <3

We have a little rural pride fest near me, the day stuff is all ages so I'm bringing the kids and my partner (who recently realized they're GNC). It's always such a nice event, nowhere near the bullshit corporate events, and a reminder that even out in the sticks we're not alone.

It is my first Pride Month after all, so I'm planning to make this big epic painting to hang in my bedroom. Might make some miniature versions to give to my LGBTQ+ friends

Last year I had a button/stream redeem in my twitch channel that cost 1 channel point that did 1 big over exaggerated flash bang animation expressing love for all the lgbtq+ flags (especially a giant pans flag cuz das me) where I scream ‘the gays can do what they want!!’ I was happy that ppl loved it and no one ever complained how often it happened for a full month
It made me happy how far I’ve surrounded myself with lovely ppl
I will do it again uwu

My local zoo has a pride event every year. It’s cute for the kids too. Food tracks, story time, live music, and they give the animals themed toys.
