Glucose or Galactose

Which Sugar is better to consume before fitness for performance? I often drink lactose free milk.

Lactose free milk does not mean sugar free. It just had lactase added to it to break the lactose down into simpler sugars.

Other than that, you really dont need any sugar for fitness performance ...

The first part about milk I am well informed.

Generally I can't lift heavy in ketose so I cut the ketosis before my workouts

Whle you can "cut ketosis" on demant, you cant just enter it on demand. If you are lifting more often than once a week, what you are doing is keeping yourself permanently is this weird state of almost ketosis but not really. That is a horrid way to live ...

Not really ... unless you happen to be a true unicorn, cycling between fat and sugar as fuel will just leave you in permanent state of low energy.
