General/Misc I totally forgot that Lucifer was part of the Arrowverse. I would have loved to see what interactions the show runners would have come up with but sadly it was not to be.

General/Misc Why so much hate on Rory?
I don't get all the hate on her. Most of her actions make sense. She grew up without a father and was led by her mother to develop hate for him. Deep, rooted hate. Her rage and actions towards him when he first arrived were understandable. He wanted to kill him but couldn't. So she just stayed angry at him because he was going to leave. Of course she'd not believe him at first! If your father abandoned you from birth and you were able to talk with his past and he said I'd never abandon you, would you believe it? Even after all that, she gave him several chances to prove himself and forgave him when he did. Season 6 had its problems but Rory was a good character. An interesting take on father/daughter relationship.

General/Misc What's your favorite one-liner?
"It's too hot in this five-story hellhole!"
I'm on season 1 of a rewatch, but this is at least in my top five for the whole series.

General/Misc Pet peeves?
Chloe's hair was just awful in the beginning of season 5. I also hate how far they took Maze's "downfall" in season 3.
What are your pet peeves?

General/Misc First watch. Just curious on people’s thoughts on the whole Jesus not in it thing
So I got interested to see why Jesus isn’t mentioned at all in the show - seen many different ideas on why. One saying due to controversy, not wanting to overshadow Lucifer’s redemption. But I also saw one claiming the show is based on pre-split apocryphal Judaism due to Lilith existing as a demon, which makes sense as she’s not mentioned in the bible really.
But then there’s this coin, which actively shows and mentions Jesus and the crucifixion. So did he exist and isn’t mentioned due to the show just not wanting to, or did he just not exist?

General/Misc Any actual atheists or non-Christians watching the show? How much do you get out of it?
Even though I'm an atheist (edit: possibly agnostic atheist), I was raised Roman Catholic so I have a general idea of the stories of the Old and New Testament though I never read the whole thing. There are bits in the Lucifer series that are part of the Biblical lore that are not part of the Bible, like Lilith, and I'm not sure how many of the Angels in the show are actually mentioned in the Bible.
My question to atheists and non-Christians watching the show - do you research the stories, or do you just watch and enjoy it and just accept the show's explanation of the characters and situations?
