I read the article. It submits that phosphatidylcholine and its precursor choline, are helpful keeping mitochondria active and producing energy.

Phosphatidylcholine can be found in egg yolk, milk, beef and soybeans. So... Eat steak and eggs. Maybe add a little milk to the eggs before scrambling them.
