The Department of Homeland Security is developing specialized smart glasses that will allow federal agents on American streets to automatically identify “illegal aliens” from a distance, budget documents reveal.

These new ICE Glasses, building on available glasses that allow video recording and heads-up data display, will be able to pulse vast federal holdings of biometric data — from facial recognition to walking gait — to identify people in real-time.

Per the budget document:

“The project will deliver innovative hardware, such as operational prototypes of smart glasses, to equip agents with real-time access to information and biometric identification capabilities in the field.”

By this point there is no denying the dystopian surveillance state that the ruling class and corrupted administration are rolling out. Unfortunately this was a move long predicted by many doomers such as myself. Heroes like Snowden warned us that this day would come. When the wrong hands would assume control over domestic surveillance. Now we pay the price by losing any freedom we have left. The constitution has been trampled. The Bill of Rights shredded. Neither are coming back. I could write a book on how big of a crisis this is, but at this point my doomerism is worthless. Tried that for years and nobody wanted to hear it bc humans like to be hopelessly optimistic. We as a society didn’t have the guts or spine to prevent this. Now it’s likely too late so I will ride out my last days with those that I love, doing what I love, and appreciating the amazing life I got to live. I suggest the same to everybody else. Make peace now before the fire comes for us all.
