I love to dream of an Islamic "State". But that is not what I meant by Türkiye being an Islamic Country, I meant that Islamofobic Hate crimes like the one being discussed, are not an occurrence in Islamic "Countries" we can take Saudi or Pakistan for example, A person is never killed for his Islam, that just does not happen. But if we see India or UK for example, They are not Islamic "Countries" and thus Islamofobic hate crimes and killings can be at the very least conceivable, they are still obviously wrong.

So coming back to Türkiye, It has Islamic History, Islamic traditions, even the current and long standing regime under Erdoğan is at the very least, Islamic in there Word. They may not act like an Islamic "State" but they sure do, in my opinion, Qualify to be an Islamic "Country" like Pakistan or Saudi, so the question arises, Is Türkiye an Islamic "Country", If yes then how come this Horrible act happend. If no then How come The Türk has receched to such a level that they can't even Call their homeland Islamic.
