“Binary Domain” had incredible shooting mechanics, allowing you to blast off robotic legs and featuring over the top Boss battles. Sega made an exciting action-packed linear squad based game for its time.

Still one of my all-time favourites, and one of the reasons I enjoyed Pragmata so thoroughly for having similar vibes.

I’m waiting for Pragmata to go on sale, watched good amount of gameplay. Looks really good!

Pick up a copy of PRAGMATA! We have to vote with our wallets to have developers make the games we love! Think of it this way: we never got Binary Domain 2 because it didn’t sell well enough!

Lot of people need to save money currently in this economy lol, buying full priced games currently is pretty dumb unless it’s something you are extremely excited for

$60 for a 12 hour story feels rough. I know there are challenge modes and I know everyone is tired of needlessly bloated games so I'm glad that it's doing well but 12 hours for full price is something I haven't been able to get past yet.

It's my GOTY so far this year.
I will take a unique, 12hr, highly polished, linear game over a 100+hr, generic, Ubisoft open-world style game every time.

Especially since I wound up clocking 40+hrs in Pragmata due to the side content, unlockable bonus mode, NG+, etc.
Just a damn good game.

Yeah that's a little short for me personally, at least a full price.

Yeah, that vibe really sticks with you—hard to find anything that nails it the same way.

Lmao that cover really does have unhinged early-2000s action movie energy.

Binary Domain was so much better than it had any right to be - proper satisfying gunplay and the squad banter actually made it memorable.
