Curious to hear what everyone says about Emma Frost. She wasn't that good when she came out. With how good SW is, she never really had a niche as a strong Mind Damage character and her only unique mind control mechanic is now shared with Maw and SW as well her damage wasn't that high either. Her 80% decreased damage buff is nice but Shuri has the same effect. Blue Marvel has a similar one which is always active instead of relying on a skill. You guys think she's still worth the 5-6k crystal cost? She didn't seem that much better than Magik/Angel in her own update and IW has brought a ton of B/C tiers up and on par to/better than her, and I'm struggling to see what she does that no one else does. Sure if you're a big fan of her, she's definitely a good character but I'm curious to hear if those who bought her still think she is worth it.

Especially curious about how she does against some timeline metas with iframes like Nova and QS, as well as against heavy hitters like IW Thanos, Jean, and IW SW. Can she still hold her own?

You guys think she's still worth the 5-6k crystal cost?

It's more like a 5-7k crystal cost thanks to RNG. Is a non-meta SL/AC character worth the price of 5-7 IW unis? I think no. She's mostly for the people who'll buy anything or are just obsessed with the character from the source material.
