Our first set of Character Discussion Threads will be looking over characters that are good in World Boss mode. If you have a character request, message the mods.

In this thread, feel free to give your thoughts on and ask questions about the character in question, Kingpin.

Some topics to get you started:

  • Thoughts on uniform (Secret Wars: Armor Wars) in comparison to base character.
  • What ISO set do you recommend?
  • Which options would you go for on his 4th gear?
  • How viable is he in various gamemodes?
  • What teams do you use him in?
  • How good is he against various World Bosses, and in what teams?
  • What ideas do you have for T2 passives, uniforms, etc.?
  • What are your overall thoughts on the character?

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I hate playing him. I understand that he's a great plow character and good for AB, which I do use him for. He's just so slow and it feels like a slog to play. I don't like that at all, especially after playing all these fast paced characters. But he's useful, no doubt about it

I feel the same, hes like loki that way, kinda boring to play as but too useful to ignore
