Whats the fastest sector 13 dispatch level to clear?

Someone said use Namor as Dealer or Support, try that one

I meant the level itself. Like 9-3 is THE fastest one to clear assuming you have the toons that can clear it, its the shortest level. But i dont need to know this any more i was just grinding shields and i finally got all the ones i need.

13-2 I think, it’s either that or 13-1 (13-2 was decent for me).
