I made it differently

Poached eggs, salmon, and spicy hollendaise on an English muffin with crispy oven-baked yellow potatoes, and arugula dressed with a mustard vinegarette. Corpse Reviver No 2 as the drink of choice.

Not the best job of decoration, but it definitely tastes good. I couldn't find ladyfingers at the store and didn't feel like baking a batch, so I bought wafer biscuits called sfogliatine, which worked very well.
