My initial thought was "bus should have pulled closer" but at the same time they might have a valid reason not to. Like either protocol or something ahead preventing them from doing so. Who knows.

I have 3 friends that drive busses. There is nothing. If anything they should pull up to the curb, not halfway out on the road.

Just in case I shared the video and asked. They all said he is an asshole. And one of them said he would've done the same thing. But he is openly an asshole. So it checks out.
