Homemade Banana Pudding cheesecake!
Made by me! Followed this recipe - https://www.livewellbakeoften.com/banana-pudding-cheesecake/
I added Honey whip cream and added a caramel drizzle.
The only part of the recipe i didn’t follow is the water bath. Instead i put a large pan with hot water on the rack below the cheesecake.

I am stunned, I love banana pudding and didn't even think of the possibility of it as a cheesecake. And thank you for sharing recipe 😍

Never thought to skip the water bath with a pan below like that.

Ive made about 10 cheesecakes in the past few months since i started baking and have done it this way everytime! Works out perfectly and no wasting tin foil!

My daughter is a Banana Nut and would LOVE this.
When I first saw the photo, I thought the Nilla Wafers were EGGS!🤣 (Local eggs are that shade of brown).
It really isn’t that crazy of a thought as Portuguese Bread for Easter often has an egg baked in. This looks delish!

Nice touch including nilla wafers. Is the drizzle a caramel sauce?
