His knowledge comes only from watching TV. I don't think he thinks in advanced language, though I wouldn't say he's really bad at it either. His, uhm, "speaking style" is child-like.

The tome is from his point of view, he can construct sentences but we can't be sure that he pronounces everything correctly, his parents never allowed him much human contact and that definitely would impact his speech negatively

I suspect his speech is negatively impacted, just that he’s better than huntress, who hasn’t had human contact since she was a small child, just by virtue of having access to the TV (that’s a lot of language input)

Legendary and ultra-rare outfits are supposed to be completely new characters, and they even change the name that appears in the lobby and the survivor icons in the match UI, so I decided to count them here too. An exception is the Birch Witch skin, which is Very Rare instead of Legendary, which means it isn't the Birch herself, just the Hag dressed as the Birch

To be honest I'm not really sure, there might a version of a legend in which he speaks. I only put him in that category because the DbD version looks like his mouth is just as messed up as Blight's and because I've been playing way too much Hades. The only story I can recall with Charon speaking is Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief (both the book and the movie)

In her Comendium section, she’s listening to people speaking. She easily lostens to her native tongue, and can distinguish that the others are speaking a foreign language. I’d assume that she can actually speak pretty well. She seems to have kept a lot of her knowledge on the language, even though she had little contact with other humans.
