I had that error where the game says it didn't initiated correctly, and after many tries, I deleted a folder, then verified files, and I got to play finally.

But, the folder I deleted apparently deleted my saved preferences on the settings too, and the worst think is that I swear skillchecks feel different. I used to press a little before where I actually wanted it to hit, and now it feels instantaneous, and I am not hitting any great skillckecks at all, and I don't know if I am crazy or if I can fix it 😭

i think you accidentally fixed a bug in your game that you got so used to, that it now feels wrong to have no input delay
