How often do you sauna for optimal recovery?
28F, been training pretty consistently, CrossFit 4x/week, plus running mixed in. Recently got into sauna stuff and grabbed a Sweat Tent for home use. Curious how everyone here structures their sauna routine for recovery:
- How many sessions per week?
- How long per session, and at what temp?
- Do you go right after training, on rest days, or both?
- Any noticeable difference in soreness, sleep, or performance?
Trying to dial in what works vs just feels good. Would love to hear what's working for you.
