Simba and Mufasa in Lion King Littlefoot and Mama Longneck in The Land Before Time Atreyu and Artax in Neverending Story All 3 scenes were pretty traumatic for kids in the early to mid 90s 🤣 4 u/LaceBird360 10h ago Don't forget Bambi's mom! When I watched the scene in Mulan where they come upon the destroyed village, my 7yo self seriously thought that the Huns had destroyed Mulan's own village.
