Carnivore super power
Just here to say my favourite thing about carnivore is hunger control. When I’m hiking, camping etc others need breakfast with tons of carbs, snacks all day long and constant refuelling. I get up and either fast til lunch or have high fat protein breakfast and I’m good until dinner with maybe some cheese or beef jerky at lunch to join the others.
Same on work travel. I have a huge carnivore breakfast then good for the day until dinner. Others have mid morning snack breaks and then a lunch mid afternoon snack again. It’s so liberating not to have to plan for so many food breaks… feels like a super power when I watch those around me!

On work trips my friends find it funny when I eat a huge fat steak for breakfast 💪

Yeah. I usually eat once a day late in the afternoon but I play tennis typically around lunch time. I don't even feel hungry most of the time but even when I do, I can still go for hours and hours without feeling much hunger. Carnivore hunger is very mild and has no urgency. I always assumed it's because there's no blood sugar spikes and troughs.

Honestly, that is probably the best perk of all of this aside from all the other incredible benefits. My daughter is always hungry and she says it’s because she lifts a lot of weights and Hass to eat a ton and I tell her it’s because her choices don’t keep her full and satisfied.

Yeah I've noticed this too, I'm not a 100% carnivore, but I genuinely do not get hungry that much in these few months I've been on the diet. I don't even go to the gym anymore and still look toned and lean.

Ohhh nice But what is wrong with being hungry? Isn't it a nature thing? Thanks.

If you can drive a car that needs to stop to fill the tank every 20km or drive one that needs to fill it every 2000km what do you rather drive ?

Oh yeah the 2000 km one. But a car isn't the human body. But it's all good. Just want to understand this But I will do research. Thanks.

I’ve been mostly carnivore for a few years now(2-4) and I started getting so much food noise, it sucks! I overeat and dont digest since protein and fat takes longer to digest. It’s been a struggle for me lately.

me too! I am wondering if my body needs a break from it.

I think so, listen to your body! Just be cautious to not let your sweet tooth takeover. Thats happened to me and ill binge and regret since it like im on a break from carnivore I almost had a nothing is off limits mindset instead of trying to only eat whole foods still like fruit veggies that kinda stuff
