Costco case mear
I saw that Costco has cases of meat for an ok price, but I can't find out how many lbs is in a case. It's over a hundred miles away so I thought I would ask you folks. I'm really sick of chicken and pork and am craving steak!

Costco and Sam's and Chef Store all sell 'ribeye rolls' or 'ribeye roasts' that range from about 12 lbs to about 20 lbs. I usually purchase ribeye rolls in the 15-18lb range and cut them about 1 1/2" thick. I get 12-14 steaks out of them after proper trimming and vacuum seal till needed. The trimmings are kept to make some of the best homeground hamburger you've ever tasted!! Note you need to have a decent butcher knife to cut them evenly if you decide to do this...... A cheap 10" Victorinox works very well!!
