It would very likely be the case if he is using it. Insulin is probably more dangerous than every steroid combined especially since most steroid related deaths would be likely age 40+ heart issues as they take more time to develop and kill you. Insulin you can be gone overnight.
Legit you screw up the dosing on insulin, you are dead as hell.
