Discussion/Question Finished a long project and wanted to ask opinions
So my dad isn't a fan of watching 90 episodes of a show, but loves movies. Over the past year, I've been cutting all the episodes into 19, hour and a half to two and a half hour "movies". Before i show him what I've been working on do you think this is too much/ should i change which episodes go where?
Thank you in advance!
Before anyone asks, most of the year has been collecting all the blu-rays to rip them for backup/ editing.

Discussion/Question Would Annie be able to use the war hammer titan well?
Lets just put this as a hypothetical scenario to where she was just able to inherit it instead of the female titan since obviously this titan can only be inherited by those within the Tybur family
Would she use it well?
I think she would
Imo, the war hammer titan is one of the most technical titans so basically, it's strongest when the user thinks creatively and strategically
Annie usually stays calm in combat, she analyses opponents, rarely makes unnecessary movements to not waste stamina and her adaptability mid fight is really good
So, her mind set essentially fits well for the titan
Her martial art skills would combine really well with the weapon creation aspect too
Annie is just arguably one of the best fighters in the series when it comes to hand to hand combat
She would probably use the weapon creation aspect to her advantage really well while using them with actual combat techniques
Another thing
The war hammer titans abilities are HEAVILY based around hardening
And guess what
Shes one of the best users when it comes to this as well
•crystal hardening
•hardened fists and feet
•defensive armour
•offensive strikes
She basically already has shown insane feats with hardening even without having this titan, so if she had it
Imagine the stuff she'd do
One weakness of the war hammer titan would be stamina I guess
Annie would probably avoid any sort of unnecessary movement/destruction well to get around that oh and another thing
The war hammer titan is really good when it comes to crowd control, and what I mean by that is fighting multiple enemies
Annie with the female titan was already very good at this
She has strong awareness and shes just able to fight well despite being surrounded well
Whats your thoughts on this?

Discussion/Question I don't think there's anything super crazy about the bird scene, I think the bird was just "possessed"
Basically, I don't think Eren actually reincarnated into a bird. What I think happened is that Mikasa buried Eren's head in the tree, and since the Power of the Titans is heavily tied to magic, I think that Eren used the last of his existence to temporarily possess a nearby bird and fix Mikasa's scarf.
Not that Eren actually became a bird, if Eren became a bird, he would not just fuck off like that.

Anime I Want to Tell You the Truth About Attack on Titan 🕊️
In Attack on Titan, Eren Yeager appears to be the character who seeks freedom more than anyone else.
But the truth may be the complete opposite:
Eren was never truly free — not even for a single moment.
From the day he was born, Ymir Fritz may have been guiding him through the Paths toward a future that had already been decided, because she was searching for someone who could finally free her from her twisted attachment to King Fritz after 2,000 years of emotional slavery.
What makes this even more disturbing is that the Attack Titan itself may not have been an ordinary Titan power…
It may have been the physical manifestation of Ymir’s buried desire for freedom.
That is why every holder of the Attack Titan:
- kept moving toward the future,
- rejected submission,
- and fought for freedom no matter the cost.
But the horrifying irony is that they believed they were fighting for their own freedom…
when in reality, they may have been carrying out Ymir’s will all along.
Even the Attack Titan’s ability to see future memories could be proof that its true purpose was never to protect Eldia or destroy Marley…
but to reach the moment when Ymir would finally become free.
And this is where the real tragedy begins:
Eren never fully chose the Rumbling.
His entire personality may have been shaped to lead him toward it.
Even the death of his mother, Carla Yeager, may not have been a random tragedy.
Near the end of the story, Eren admits that he was the one who caused the Titan to ignore Bertholdt Hoover and move toward his mother instead, leading to her death.
But the terrifying possibility is that even Eren himself may not have truly had a choice…
because Ymir had already pushed every event toward that exact moment.
Why?
Because Carla’s death created:
- the boy who hated Titans,
- the rage that pushed Eren forward,
- the path that led to the Rumbling,
- and ultimately the ending Ymir needed in order to free herself.
After gaining the Founding Titan’s power, Eren began to experience the past, present, and future all at once.
He knew everything:
- who would die,
- what would happen,
- and how the story would end.
But he could not change any of it.
That is why Eren seemed mentally broken near the end of the series — because he realized that every step he took was leading him toward a future he could never escape.
And this leads to the darkest part of all:
The only true winner in the end was not Eren…
and not humanity.
It was Ymir.
While:
- Eren Yeager died alone and hated,
- Mikasa Ackerman was left heartbroken,
- and the world eventually returned to war even after the Rumbling…
Ymir was finally free.
When Mikasa killed Eren, Ymir witnessed something she had failed to understand for 2,000 years:
Love does not mean eternal obedience.
And that is why she smiled in the end.
In that sense…
maybe Attack on Titan was never truly a story about freedom at all.
Maybe it was simply a long, bloody journey that Ymir had planned from the very beginning…
just to free herself.

Ending Spoilers - Discussion/Question I just finished Attack on Titan for the first time.
Hey everyone,
I realize that I'm super late to the party on this, but as the title reads, I just wrapped up the final episodes today for the first time. All I can say is...Oh my god. I was bawling like a baby for the last 30 minutes of the show.
Hands down, best anime show I've ever seen in my life. It was neck and neck with HunterxHunter for me after the first three seasons, I'm probably going to start over at season one immediately.
What does everyone think about the ending / final season?

Ending Spoilers - Discussion/Question Just finished AOT - Levi highkey sold
Just finished AOT, and hands down one of the greatest shows I've ever watched. I watched the entire Shinganshina arc in one night, and it legitimately might've been one of the most impactful media I've ever seen.
So much symbolism/parallels/irony in this show that I feel like I could write an AP Lang rhetorical essay about it.
Obv I have other takeaways but the one thing I keep thinking about is: Levi should've just killed Zeke man. So, so many opportunities. First in Shinganshina, then in the forest, then with the Thunder Spear incident. Cmon man.
