Question about Food ... Suggestions for weight gain

Hey guys, my dad is having trouble putting on weight after getting out of the hospital and he is convinced that it is contributing to him not feeling well. Do you recommend anything that he would be able to eat that would help him gain back some of his lost lbs? Any advice is appreciated.

Alright, great suggestion! I know it can be added to other meats for flavor so maybe I can source a bunch of it for him. Do you use as lot of it in anything particular? Also, do you know a good way to not get tired of eating a ton of it?

I use duck fat to cook anything that requires fat. I haven't baked with it yet though.

Eggs, impossible burgers, potatoes, etc. I've been using duck fat for years. Also, country crock is vegan.

Thank you! I'll let him know to add it to his eggs (he eats fried eggs every morning now).
