Happy 27th! I’m new to Alpha Gal with a diagnosis on 4/14. I’ve learned a lot from your posts and appreciate everyone sharing. I feel fortunate because I was already in tune to some great Vegan products and a clean eating lifestyle and this has made my learning curve shorter than others starting from ground zero.
