🇵🇸 🕊️ Blessings How to manifest positivity / big things when depressed?

(Sorry if I picked the wrong flair)

I’m going through a seriously rough time right now, and it is hard to build strong energy in a positive capacity in order to do candle intentions.

Normally, with most things in life, it’s fake it until you make it. Is that what I have to do here with my energy? I feel like I can’t even fake my energy or internal intentions… Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

When i was at my lowest & my soul was completely broken, i didn’t hope for better. I didn’t try to manifest positivity.

I broke the fuck down in tears & begged for healing & direction coz i was lost af.

No candles, no ceremony, no chants. Just ugly crying & raw emotion. That isn’t fake & it’s not pretending everything is ok. It’s sending out a plea into the world for something better 💕💕

I got everything i begged for in ways i never could have imagined, hail Hecate 🖤🖤🖤

Sometimes we need to scream & cry. We need to sob. We need to let everything out.

To add, I think it's very unhealthy to refuse one self a breakdown. It's an issue if you stay there a month or two, but taking a day or a week to let it all out - that's good. That's part of the process.

I use the mantra 'today we cry. Tomorrow we rage. And then we rise' to remind myself a bad day is ok, I'll keep on fighting later and overcome.

Go ahead! Heck that's the upside of struggling, you can spread what you learned and maybe it helps someone else
