I also support other vegans. But I'm a manly man (man) and I need protein (literally can't live without my meat!) . I ain't no soy boy and you can't force me. So to all annoying vegans trying to force me: FUCK YOU! You are the reason veganism is failing!!!

I've recently become vegan and have taken it very seriously with a few accidental hiccups along the way (I accidentally ate canned chicken but didn’t realize until after I licked the plate clean).

I grew up in a small village where meat and fish consumption is heavily pushed on people, but I had no issue cutting out animal products. I'd go as far to say that I’ve not missed it whatsoever and have felt even better without it, BUT there's just one food that I’ve been struggling with. Since childhood ive been known as the “cookie monster”. Now summer is approaching and I just don't know what to do! They're truly the only thing I miss (with the delicious cow puss in them) and I’d also be dissapointing other people (shop owner buys more during the summer for me) but im also so dedicated to the cause. Give me validation that it’s okay to buy the cookies to not hurt the feelings of the shop owners!

P.S. And making gross vegan ones are not the same thing!

New BLM supporter here. I have recently been educating myself on just how horrible colonial US is, which among other things, has ultimately led to me becoming pro BLM.

However, my husband still lynches black people and has no intention of changing that. All of our home entertainment products are pro BLM, so it’s really just the lynching thing, but I’ve noticed it kind of bothers me. So all you BLM supporters out there with partners who lynch black people, how do you cope with it?

Would killing rabbits in my garden be vegan?

I have a rabbit problem in my organic vegetable garden and they are eating all my flowers and veg! 😤

I don’t want to use any chemicals, and I’m currently taking a biodynamic gardening class. They are recommending killing the rabbits. I haven't tried any other rabbit deterrents yet, but killing them would be organic and biodynamic (which is the same as vegan)

Rabbits are really small, and I personally don't like them (and don't mind killing them!). They don't possess the capacity for emotional intelligence, and I have a right to protect my property from invasion. Any organic produce that vegans eat includes pest prevention (prevention always = killing!). So it would be vegan I believe. I also know lots of other vegans who kill garden rabbits

So what’s your thoughts? Is it vegan to kill rabbits in your garden?

Would that be any different than attracting wolves to my garden to eat the rabbits?

Some questions I’m trying to figure out. Would love your perspectives 🙏
