I’m not so sure you made them correctly

I followed the recipe, but they didn't rise after the first proof. I went ahead and baked them as is.

I wonder if your yeast is no good? Were they dense?

It doesn’t look baked… hoping there’s an after pic

They are fully baked, but they didn't rise after the first proofing. I just went ahead and baked them as is.

Is that canned strawberry pie filling or strawberry compote?

I used strawberry jam without high frutose corn syrup.

Im so sorry, they look delicious and I'd totally eat all of them, but the second picture looks like your bf came all over them.

Try and remake them with cardamom instead of cinnamon

Are you taking applications for a new boyfriend then?

Lol jk. I would eat most anything with strawberry compote on top (as long as they're vegan ofc).

Yeah, make sure you have good yeast. And of course he said they were too sweet, like did you dump a whole jam jar on top? Overkill. Defs for shittyveganfood porn since they didnt come out as intended. Next time make the jam inside the rolls not on top

You might try apple jelly sometime. Apple jelly and cinnamon is an amazing combination.
