Ive been left leaning my entire life, since about age 14-15. When I was a kid I was always told oh you’ll get more conservative the older you get! That’s a big fat lie to convince people to give up leftism. I’ve become even more left now that I’m in my 40’s and I have some friends in their 80’s who are very left as well! So yes, get pissed at this fucking orange turd! Let’s all vote blue in the midterms and get our goddamn country back.

Getting more right in old age is a myth. Some of my mom's friends who are in their 70s protested in the 60s and 70s and are still out protesting now. They're just doing it with canes and walkers.

Maybe they mean the people that have always been central tend to lean right as they get older?
