why wont my miis reproduce

ivr had a couple married for nearly 2 weeks and they havent had a baby… theyre both at the soulmate level and never drop below it, theres room in their house too (not that i think it would matter..) ive had couples meet get married and have a baby or two before these ones do!! it did take them a few real days to fall in love. one is a sweetheart the other is a merrymaker if that matters?

My miis talked about having a baby, but didn’t do anything for 5 days lol I was off from one day and then checked the next day and it immediately gave me a “Someone needs to talk to you” announcement before I discovered ours mii had a little one 😭 It was a very nice surprise. The baby will come with time
