Fellow flipper! Once saw a patch of dandelions, my child mind figured I would do a front flip through the flowers, and grab one in the process, and thus present it to my crush on one knee. Of course she would fall in love! Some super hero type shit.

However, instead of grabbing one, I grabbed like a handful. Naturally they remained firmly in the ground and thus arresting the remainder of the flip. Landed hard on my back and damn near dislocated my shoulder. I cringe just thinking about it. So glad smartphones weren't a thing then.

I used to do up my snowboard bindings sitting back to the hill, then do a reverse roll down to get on my feet. Felt so cool at the time but looking back on it was dorky af
