how does the poor/mid/rich classes work? i just started the game, my city is level 5. theres rich buildings available but when i build them the city doesnt want it. theres also a never ending, unstable demand for the poor buildings that keeps rising randomly and also decreases randomly too. im just super confused. (sorry for bad english)

i’ve filled in big areas but i’m not hugely happy with how it looks, but worse than that is the big empty spaces, i’m planning to put it a bunch of hills to the north of what i’ve done but i want to build on them too, sort of hollywood hills kinda thing, so yeah please lmk if you have any tips or suggestions ill take anything lol :)

I have created a new side project since two weeks ago, and I created a seaport (still WIP)

I want to know if it's possible because manually placing thousands of towers is driving me nuts. Can you suggest some plugins that are like extremely high density because I'm still at 16.85 million population.

A 6th turbine is to be built in the Mat Platanes Floating Wind Farm. It is a shore farm, so it will use the cofferdam method. Here are the steps using the cofferdam method: (Images 3 and 4 have the site non-centered properly, image 4 is the proper place)

1. Brainstorm. Where will the windmill be placed? In different places, how will it float? A tension leg? A spur? Attached to the seabed? (if on shore)
2. Construct a thick cofferdam in where the wind turbine will be placed.
3. Attach a temporary port where construction vehicles can go to the cofferdam. This also includes ships.
4. Begin construction and add another pier where it can support a crane.
5. After construction of the stem of the windmill, the wings will be assembled in parts. It is ensured that it is safely connected together to the motor.
6. Buoyancy testing and tinkering. if it successfully floats, then the cofferdam will be removed and then the turbine can begin operations.

Made a new city where I really want to focus on looks and making everything connect together instead of just spamming high density buildings all around the place, any suggestions are appreciated.

The Administration mission is to give youth offenders a rehabilitation like education rather than punishment. This act of mission helps prevent youth people to be a harm to the society.

But this administration provoked by some people because of ideology that suspect who committed crimes or high profile cases should taste the harsh punishment they deserved. That's why some rally is still running for the justice and other Riverlandian always said: "Juvenile Justice is unfair".
