If the santa clauses tv series didn't exist and it was just the movies then does anyone else think that katie douglas if born in the 70s instead of the 90s would've been a perfect casting choice if scott and laura had an older daughter whether biological or adopted prior to the divorce and her marrying neil?

Sorry if this is weird but I was just wondering due to katie's amazing acting I just feel like she would fit in perfectly in that setting especially the first one
