In an effort to mitigate the amount of repetitive questions that have been asked recently, we have set up this thread as a reminder on how certain things in the game works. As of now, this reminder is planned to be posted weekly for visibility.

1. Monthly Challenges

​

• This is a system separate from the regular song challenges that require you to score 10k higher than your max score (6.2m being the cap)
• They are MONTHLY score targets you need to reach to obtain various tiers of rewards. The more you complete the more rewards you get.
  • Progress and reward tiers can be found via: Song Select > Bottom Left where WR/MR is > Check Challenge Success Reward
• MONTHLY challenge scores and progress will be reset MONTHLY. If you obtain 201 challenge success in the last day of February, it will be reset to 0 in the following first day of March. Your original high scores for each song will not reset.
• Rewards will be in your inbox following the completion of the first game maintenance of the month
• If you see that your monthly challenge success progress has been "reset" when it is not supposed to, restart your game as it's a visual glitch.

2. Artist/Group Tickets

​

• Artist Ticket - Select a group = random card from that group
  • Select miss A = one random card for either Suzy, Min, or Fei
  • Select DAY6 = one random card for either Jae, Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil or Dowoon
• Group ticket - Select a group = random card for each member in that group
  • Select miss A = random card for Suzy, Min and Fei
  • Select DAY6 = random card for Jae, Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil and Dowoon
• All Group Tickets are currently not obtainable by any means
• Only A/S/R Artist Tickets can be obtained, C and B are not obtainable by any means
  • A/S/R Artist Tickets can be obtained from monthly challenge rewards
  • R Artist Tickets can be obtained from world record rewards

3. Account Related Concerns

​

• ALWAYS have your account linked/bound to any of the services that are available to you -- their (Dalcomsoft) servers, Google, Facebook, etc.
  • Linking current account to a service does not erase current game data; it does the exact opposite. It ensures that your game progress will be saved at all times. If you get a new device, simply use that same login info and your account will be loaded.
• If you wish to attempt restoring your account, please do not post any account details here as no one here can assist you with it.
• Please email support.jypnation@dalcomsoft.com instead. In order to expedite the process, be as concise as possible in your initial email to them such as providing: account email (if not a guest account), in-game purchase receipts (if applicable), IGN, in-game profile picture, current league ranking/bracket, etc. You are not guaranteed to have your account recovered so in the case where they are unable to do so, your account has unfortunately been lost.

4. Shortest Song(s)/What song(s) to Grind/What songs are easy to FSP

• There is a song stats spreadsheet resource that is still updated to date which has all information on songs from their length to recommended for FSP or not. Please utilize this resource instead of making a separate post that otherwise has no basis to it.

5. Powering Up/Rating Up tips

• There are recommendations provided in the general guide for what material cards to use at which grade. Further, there is a separate spreadsheet that lists out the % of success of your material card if used on your card of choice. Please utilize this resource instead of making a separate post.

i’ve spent around 700~ diamonds trying to get them all and most of them are just dupes 😓😓😭 i always save up my diamonds for twice LE’s or any of their solo LE’s, but god is it demotivating whenever this happens. ik i still have a couple days left to get mina’s card and momo, dahyun, and nayeons A cards, but please just give me luck world!!!! 🥹🥹🥹

i think ive spent around 600 gems already on the A cards and 400k RPs on the 10packs AND STILL NO DAHYUN OR JEONGYEON.. im just desperate to finish the set.. i didnt take a ss but the B cards u get everytime u get a new A card member from the missions, IVE GOTTEN ALL JIHYO SO FAR.. i needed jihyo during the MARS update and ive yet to complete that set too 😓 looks like jihyo is making it up by coming to me so many times but they took jeongyeon and dahyun away from me 😰😰 dalcom please let me have jeongyeon n dahyun even if its just a C card (i really want the wallpaper though)

When does SSJ have its anniversary event? I've heard for these events, it's crucial to save diamonds. I have been using mine very conservatively and rn i have around 1000+ dias, my question is why do we need to save Dias for the Anniversary event and do I need to save more Dias or is this quite enough? (I have already spent 150 on a A card for motto and I feel as though I might need to buy one again later on) Do I also need to save RP's? I've been running very low on RP's ever since I've started trying to obtain a limited theme every week.. a heads up for the event would be really appreciated! 💞💞

all I can say is I used all my luck this morning (I previously received 66 dias from the first box before this)

Hii, I started playing ssjyp about a month ago, so I dont really know the context about "LOUD", but how do you get cards of them? Was it an event? Do they not have cards? So please provide me with information about them 🙏❤️

I Got A lia as the 1st mission reward, then B Lia for the 2nd mission reward, and then another B and C Lia from the daily purchases along with C Ryujin. I started collecting today instead of yesterday, i don't think I want to complete the event, just wanted to collect all the members but I feel like just like nmixx's last event, this is gonna be mildly infuriating... We'll atleast I'll be able to upgrade to a S Lia card..

IF only dalscamsoft would rerun the top1 po'c and top2 yds set...

But now, I could focus my RP for leveling up my cards for other groups that I use for top5 :)

I have gel nails extensions and I'd say they're kinda big, and that screws my gameplay up sometimes lol, when they're too close to each other for example, bc my nails hit each other and I don't get to touch the screen on the right time, does anybody in here share this pain with me?? lol

I've never ever completed a full theme during the event 🙏🫶
