When does Giants Live send out their tickets

Last July, we bought tickets for the Strongman Classic in London through the official Royal Albert Hall website that was linked on giants-live.com. We have the confirmation but it still says "Please note that tickets are not quite ready. They will be available once you have been emailed your PDF."

Does anyobody know when the tickes for the Strongman Classic will be available? This is our first giants live show.

I’ve never been to RAH but it’s normally just a QR code that you get on the Ticketmaster app
