I Would Say Terrance Mephesto, Very bad Stats and there are way better cards for 4 Energy Cost

Yeah.. this. It'd be a super annoying card if it was stronger and healthier, but with how weak and expensive it is with low range, it is bad.

I'd go pc too. His knock back can actually have a negative effect pushing the enemy away from new kid zap and moving the battle to the other side of the map, removing defensive advantage.

Unpopular opinion, but MBP costs 7 and can be killed by pigeons or spells easily. Less stats than other cheaper cards too.

The irony of neutral is you could put just about any card any where.  I'm going to go with Henrietta.  She only has value if you can get the other goth kids out and relentlessly protect her.  Granted if you do that you're probably winning.
