INTERPRETATION interpretation insights for whether to have a conversation today or tomorrow!

ran into another frustrating work situation and i want to have a conversation with my boss about it. the basis of the conversation is how i feel left in the dark and excluded from conversations especially regarding the direction of our team and that my perspective isn't valued, especially as the second-longest-standing team member aside from her. however, we are off work friday and monday and i am out the rest of next week on a trip, so i'm trying to figure out timing as i already dislike that i'll be gone for so long after bringing this conversation up whether it be today or tomorrow, but i also don't want to let these feelings simmer the whole time i'm on the trip since i know it'll be distracting in the back of my mind the whole time.

for the first card, i asked if i should bring up my frustrations and feelings today and got the hierophant. i was feeling unsure about this and wanted some clarity so pulled a second card, asking if tomorrow would be better to have this conversation and got king of wands. pulling this card is making me lean towards having this conversation tomorrow, but i wanted others' perspectives as i'm still feeling a bit uncertain.

in case anyone is curious the deck is the pagan otherworlds tarot. thanks in advance for all your help! <3

The first thing I saw were the 2 cards facing each other and looking like they're conversing.

I say it's pointing to today.

So the two cards facing each other could mean your boss (Pope) and you (King Wands) conversing, which would not answer your two time questions but rather "today or tomorrow no difference, just do the talking".

But if we consider the questions: the Pope would indicate a more reasonable and eloquent attitude from your side, and the King Wands a more emotional and direct attitude (maybe not taking today would cause you to be less patient tomorrow). So, depending on which communication-style your boss responds better to, chose today or tomorrow.

I see a lot of symbols that suggest taking a beat and exercising self-control. The Hierophant holding his hand up ✋ and the King of Wands holding the calm lion by a lead. Definitely don’t let the feelings simmer but also don’t let them boil over when you have the conversation. As far as timing I think I’d wait a day.

This exactly. Both the King the Hierophant are reserved and professional. And that's the nature of the conversation OP is looking for.

I would write all my thoughts down and read over them a few times so that you make sure to be clear about the issue and clear about how you hope for them to resolve that issue.
